「おもいでメロディ」(以下「本アプリ」)は、Ryoichi Shimamura(個人開発者、日本。以下「開発者」)が提供するiOSアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。

基本方針

本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、広告の表示、行動トラッキング、データの販売は一切行いません。分析ツールも現時点では使用していません。

取得する情報と利用目的

1. マイク音声(鼻歌・歌声)

曲の特定のため、ユーザーが録音ボタンを操作したときにのみマイクで録音します。録音した音声は、楽曲認識サービスACRCloudに照合処理のためにのみ送信されます。録音データは照合後に保存されず、ユーザー個人を特定する目的には使用しません。

2. ご本人のプロフィール(生まれた年・育った場所)

入力されたプロフィールは端末内(ローカル)にのみ保存されます。「思い出カード」を生成する際に限り、生まれた年と地域名のみを、Supabaseを経由してAI生成サービス(Anthropic Claude API)へ送信します。氏名などの個人を特定する情報は収集しません。

3. 反応記録・メモ・アルバム

ご家族が記録した反応、メモ、アルバムの内容は端末内にのみ保存され、外部へ送信されません。

4. 課金情報

サブスクリプションの管理にRevenueCatを利用しており、購入情報および匿名IDが同サービスで処理されます。決済自体はAppleが処理し、開発者がクレジットカード情報等を取得することはありません。

5. 楽曲プレビュー

30秒プレビューの取得にApple iTunes Search APIを利用します。

第三者提供

上記の各サービス(ACRCloud、Supabase/Anthropic、RevenueCat、Apple)への送信は、それぞれ記載した目的の範囲に限られます。これら以外に、ユーザーの情報を第三者に提供・販売することはありません。

データの保存と削除

反応記録・メモ・プロフィール等のデータは端末内にのみ保存され、アプリを削除することで消去されます。削除のご依頼やご質問は、下記の連絡先までお寄せください。

お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象とした個人情報の収集を行いません。

ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはApp Storeのページでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

Memory Melody ("the App") is an iOS application provided by Ryoichi Shimamura, an individual developer based in Japan ("the Developer"). This policy explains how information is handled in the App.

Our Approach

The App requires no account registration. It contains no ads, no behavioral tracking, and we never sell your data. No analytics tools are currently used.

Information We Handle and Why

1. Microphone Audio (Humming / Singing)

The App records audio from the microphone only when you tap the record button, for the sole purpose of identifying a song. The recording is sent to the music recognition service ACRCloud for matching only. Recordings are not stored after matching and are never used to identify you personally.

2. Profile of Your Loved One (Birth Year and Hometown Region)

Profile information you enter is stored only on your device. When generating a "Memory Card," only the birth year and region name are sent to an AI generation service (Anthropic Claude API, via Supabase). We do not collect names or other directly identifying information.

3. Reaction Logs, Notes, and Albums

Reactions, notes, and albums recorded by family members are stored only on your device and are never transmitted externally.

4. Purchases

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions, which processes purchase information and an anonymous ID. Payment itself is processed by Apple; the Developer never receives your credit card details.

5. Song Previews

The App uses the Apple iTunes Search API to provide 30-second previews.

Sharing with Third Parties

Data is sent to the services above (ACRCloud, Supabase/Anthropic, RevenueCat, Apple) only for the purposes described. We do not otherwise share or sell your information to any third party.

Data Storage and Deletion

Reaction logs, notes, profiles, and similar data are stored only on your device and are deleted when you delete the App. For deletion requests or questions, please contact us at the address below.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from any specific age group.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as needed. Material changes will be announced in the App or on its App Store page.
